You know, these smartwatches nowadays, they got all sorts of things in ’em. This Fire Boltt 4G Pro thing, they say it’s got a SIM card slot. Like a phone, but on your wrist. I ain’t too sure how that works, but they say you can make calls right from it.
Heard someone talkin’ ’bout it at the market. Said it’s got 4G, whatever that means. Makes it fast, I reckon. Don’t need to carry your phone around all the time, just talk into your watch. Seems kinda funny, talkin’ to your wrist like that. But if it works, it works.
They say you gotta put a tiny little card in it, like them SIM cards in phones. Nano SIM, they call it. Small as a fingernail, probably easy to lose if you’re not careful. I remember when phones were big and clunky, now everything’s gettin’ smaller and smaller.
- You can call people directly from the watch, they say.
- It’s got somethin’ called 4G VoLTE. Don’t ask me what that means, sounds fancy though.
- Supposed to be good even if you’re out in the countryside, where the phone signal ain’t always the best.
Saw a picture of it too, looks modern. Got a big screen, you can see things clear. Probably tells you the time too, like a regular watch. And other stuff, like how many steps you walked and all that. My grandkids, they’re always countin’ their steps, seems important to them.
Price? Heard someone say it was just 2 rupees. Can’t be right, can it? Must be more than that. Everything costs a fortune these days. But if it really is that cheap, might be worth gettin’ one. Just to see what all the fuss is about.
Imagine, walkin’ around with a phone on your wrist. Talkin’ into it, checkin’ messages. Kinda like them spy movies, ain’t it? Makes you feel important, I guess. Though, I don’t know who I’d be callin’ all the time. Maybe the grandkids, see if they’re doin’ alright.
This Fire Boltt 4G Pro, it’s supposed to be independent from your phone. Means you don’t need your phone nearby. Handy if you forget it at home, I suppose. Or if you’re like me and you don’t always carry it around.
They say it’s good for India, where lots of folks live in villages and towns far from the big cities. Signal can be weak in those places, so havin’ a watch that works good is important. Keeps you connected, they say. Don’t feel so alone, maybe.
I ain’t a tech person, you know. I like things simple. But this smartwatch thing, it got me thinkin’. Maybe it ain’t so bad after all. Might be useful, havin’ a phone on your wrist. Especially if you’re old like me, and you forget things sometimes.
Guess we’ll see if these smartwatches become popular. If everyone starts wearin’ ’em, then maybe they’re worth gettin’. Till then, I’ll stick to my old watch. It tells the time, and that’s all I need. But who knows, maybe one day I’ll get one of these fancy 4G watches. Just to try it out, you know.
