So, you’re talkin’ about that Watch Dogs 2 game, the one on that PlayStation 4 thingy. They say you can play it with other folks online. Now, I ain’t no fancy gamer or nothin’, but I hear tell it’s all about hackin’ and messin’ with things in a city, San Francisco or somethin’.
You get to be this fella, Marcus, and he’s real good with computers, apparently. He joins up with a group called Dedsec, and they go around causin’ all sorts of ruckus. They’re tryin’ to expose the big shots who’re controllin’ everything, or somethin’ like that. Sounds like a bunch of trouble if you ask me.
- You run around this big city, San Fran, doin’ whatever you please.
- You can team up with other players and do missions together.
- It’s all about hackin’, which means messin’ with folks’ phones and computers and stuff.
They say you can mess with traffic lights and other things in the city, make ’em go haywire. Now, why you’d wanna do that is beyond me, but folks seem to enjoy it. You can even mess with people’s bank accounts, steal their money, though I reckon that ain’t right. Seems like a lot of stealin’ and cheatin’ to me.
I heard you can try the game for free, like a taste before you buy the whole thing. That’s good, I suppose, seein’ as how expensive these games are these days. My grandkids are always beggin’ for money for these things. Breaks the bank, it does.
Now, about playin’ with others… that sounds like it could be fun, I guess. You meet up with strangers online and work together to do missions. You can even explore the city together, see the sights. San Fran must be a pretty place, even in a game.
But, I gotta say, I worry about these games. All that violence and mischief. Makes me wonder what’s happenin’ to the kids these days. Back in my time, we played outside, not starin’ at screens all day. We used our imaginations, not computers.
They say this Watch Dogs 2 is better than the first one. Apparently, that one wasn’t so good. Folks were disappointed. I wouldn’t know, I never played either. But they say this one’s got more stuff to do, more ways to mess with things. If you like that sort of thing, I guess it’s for you.
You can find all sorts of guides and walkthroughs online, if you get stuck. These young folks these days, they know how to find anything on that internet thingy. They can probably tell you more about this game than I can.
So, that’s about all I know about this Watch Dogs 2. It’s about hackin’, playin’ with others online, and causin’ a ruckus in San Francisco. If that sounds like your cup of tea, go ahead and give it a try. Just remember, it’s just a game. Don’t go tryin’ to hack real things in the real world. That’ll get you into a heap of trouble.
