You know, I heard some folks talking ’bout them fancy watches the other day. What they call ’em? High imitation Rolex? Yeah, that’s it. Sounds mighty expensive to me. They said it is the No-Date Black Submariner. I don’t know what that means, but it sure sounds important.
These young’uns today with their fancy things. Back in my day, we didn’t have none of that. We just had an old clock on the wall, and that was good enough. This Rolex Submariner, it’s all black and shiny, I reckon. They say it’s a specialty item. Must be real special if you ask me. And no date! How you supposed to know what day it is?
High Imitation Rolex, What’s That?
So, this here Rolex, it’s a watch, right? But it ain’t just any watch. It’s one of them high imitation ones. That means it looks just like the real deal, but it ain’t. Kinda like when you dress up a scarecrow to look like a real person. It fools the crows, but it ain’t gonna do no work in the field. So maybe this Rolex No-Date is like that scarecrow. Looks good, but it is a copy.
I seen some pictures of this Black Submariner. It’s all black, like I said. Black like a moonless night. Black like the bottom of a well. And it’s got this shiny band. I guess that’s what makes it so special. I heard it called stainless steel. Sounds tough, like it could survive a tumble down a hill.
Specialty Stores Sell ‘Em
Now, where do you get one of these high imitation Rolex watches? Well, they say there are these specialty stores. Fancy places, I imagine. Not like the general store down the road where you get your flour and sugar. These specialty stores, they only sell these fancy watches, I reckon. These stores are in some special places, not the regular market.
I don’t know how much these things cost, but I bet it’s a pretty penny. More than I’d spend on a watch, that’s for sure. But some people like to buy these high imitation things. They like the look, I guess. Makes ’em feel fancy, maybe. And they go to the specialty stores to get it.
That Black Submariner, No Date
This Black Submariner, it’s got no date on it. Now, how are you supposed to keep track of things without a date? I like to know what day it is. Gotta know when to plant the taters and when to go to church. This Rolex, it just tells the time. That is no good.
But these young folks, they don’t seem to mind. They got them phones that tell ’em everything. Maybe they don’t need a date on their watch. But me, I like things simple. I like a watch with a date. This No-Date thing, it just ain’t for me. I need a date on the watch to keep me on track.

Why Buy a High Imitation Rolex?
I don’t rightly know why someone would want a high imitation watch. If you want a Rolex, why not just get a real one? But I guess they’re expensive. Real expensive. So maybe these high imitation ones are cheaper. You can buy one from the specialty stores.
Some folks just like the look of a Rolex, I suppose. Even if it ain’t real. It’s like wearing a fancy dress that ain’t made of silk. It still looks pretty, even if it ain’t the real thing. This Black Submariner is like that. It looks good, but it is a fake one.
And maybe some folks just want to show off. They want people to think they’re rich and important. So they wear a high imitation Rolex. I don’t know. Seems silly to me. But, the specialty stores still sell a lot of them.
That No-Date Thing is a Problem
Still can’t get over that no-date thing. How can you have a watch without a date? It’s like having a car without wheels. It just don’t make sense. This Rolex Submariner is like that. It does not have a date on it. It is just weird.
Maybe these specialty stores sell watches with dates, too. I don’t know. But this Black Submariner, it’s the one everyone’s talking about. And it ain’t got no date. This high imitation watch is so strange.
I guess if you really want one of these high imitation Rolex watches, you can go to one of those specialty stores. Just remember, it ain’t real. And if you get the Black Submariner, it ain’t got no date. You’ve been warned! I still think the no-date is a big problem.

I don’t know why. They are not real. The price is high. You can only get them from the specialty stores. What a strange thing.
